Job Description
Office Manager

Your new company
You will be working for a national distributor of consumer goods based in Bristol City.
Hours: 07:00 to 15:00 or 15:30
Working pattern: On site Monday to Friday
Your new role
You will be the on-site office manager, responsibilities and duties are as follows:

  • Assist the administrators as an accessible point of contact for problem escaltion.
  • Coordinate with other internal teams such as HR, Finance and Administration.
  • Manage visits, plan and book meetings with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ad hoc tasks such as scanning, binding and organising documentation for senior teams.
  • Helping organise travel, parking and other day-to-day corporate duties.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience working in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent administration experience.
  • Great communication skills.
  • High level of organisational ability.
  • Be an accessible, welcoming presence in the office.
  • Past experience in office management, senior administration or business support leadership is preferred.
