Your new company
Hays are recruiting an Office Manager for a construction business based in North Manchester. This is a permanent position and will be office based.
Your new role
You will provide leadership for the project admin team, you will have two direct reports, you will support the wider business, you will complete all projects, arrange accomodation, support with some PA duties, chair monthly admin meetings, receive and allocate calls, manage meeting rooms, manage the database, deal with subcontractors, run the head-office, issue reports, ensure compliance is met, document control and document processing. You will ensure all necessary principles and regulations are met.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience as an office manager, within the construction industry would be beneficial. You will be comfortable with document control, you will have worked on projects, you will be an excellent communicator, you will be technically strong.
What you'll get in return
This role is paying up to £40,000 dependent on experience.
