The Administrator will play a crucial role in the daily operations of a transport service provided to schools. This position requires a highly organised individual who can manage a busy workload, handle multiple time-critical tasks, and ensure all processes comply with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, the ability to prioritise effectively, and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance. Hours are 7.30pm - 4.30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Organise and manage daily schedules for drivers and routes.
- Communicate with schools, parents, and drivers to confirm pick-up and drop-off times.
- Adjust schedules as needed in response to changes or emergencies.
Compliance Management:
- Ensure all drivers have up-to-date certifications and background checks.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, insurance, and inspections.
- Monitor compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Administrative Duties:
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date files and records.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
