To be considered for this role, you will ideally have experience in a similar role in logistics / warehouse administration. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to hit the ground running. The ability to deliver exceptional customer service is key, and you will have strong IT and system skills. Experience with ERP systems is hugely advantageous.

This is a full-time, ongoing, temporary role with the potential for extension. Hours are 8.00-4.30 with 30 minutes for lunch. Fully office-based. Due to the location of the office, it may be easier for a driver to access.

Your new company
I am currently working with a key client who is looking for a temporary logistics administrator for an ongoing period for their Liverpool factory.
Your new role
The main purpose of your role is to carry out a range of administration functions to ensure the smooth running of the Liverpool factory. This will include:
- Ensure factory and production-related customer cases are dealt with within agreed timescales, to close with satisfactory resolution for the Customer
- Continually improve customer order experience to include order taking, despatching of goods and invoicing, minimising the need for credit notes.
- Proactive customer service activity; ensuring any communications received by our customers are prioritised and dealt with promptly, effectively and efficiently.
- Compliance of Logistics costings captured in internal database
- Manage the hauliers' performance on a daily basis
- Supplier Invoicing completed in a timely manner
- Monitor and manage Imports and Export operations
