Key Responsibilities as an Office Administrator may include:

  • Answering the phone, scheduling appointments and diary management
  • Invoicing
  • Ordering stock and stationery
  • Managing personnel administration
  • Holiday scheduling
  • Managing company social media
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Other ad hoc administration and PA duties
