A well established, fast paced and friendly client of ours is looking for an Office Administrator to join their growing team.
The role involves:
- Daily running of the office
- Emails/post/telephone
- Supporting the team
- Scanning and filing
- Client/suppliers liaison
- Preparing documents, including official correspondence
- Maintenance of office equipment and general office upkeep and tidiness
Successful candidate will have:
- Have at least 3 years administration experience in a professional environment
- Be numerate
- Have strong attention to detail, be diligent and highly organised
- Experience in setting-up and maintaining Excel/other databases.
- Excellent team player.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels, with a professional and cheerful telephone manner.
