Experienced Office Administrator Role in Nottingham

Your new company
A compassionate care organisation working with individuals within the local community which is growing within Nottingham and the Midlands.
Your new role
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative systems and processes in order to effectively run the services offered by the organisation. Key responsibilities will include handling calls, diary management for carers, communicating with stakeholders, preparing documentation and being flexible for other needs which the teams might have.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong IT skills
  • Administration experience
  • Experience working in a care setting (desirable), or an interest in working/supporting in a compassionate care environment
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
What you'll get in return
