Offer Setup Assistant

9 Months

London - Hybrid

£200 - £225p/d PAYE

Role Brief:

We're looking for colleagues from Retail to join the team to help support this growth with highly reputable brand with retail industry. We have the opportunity to join the team on a 9 month secondment, with the potential opportunity for a permanent role. This career broadening opportunity will give colleagues the opportunity to learn more about Digital & Data, and Marketing.

  • Creating and maintaining promotions in the various systems across all marketing campaigns
  • Including setup and maintenance on OMP platform, Beanstore (for Retail), WCS (for online) and Ecrebo
  • Liaising with other business units to ensure the information we are working with is up to date and relevant - to avoid issues where offers go live with outdated/incorrect product lists
  • Thorough testing of promotions before they go live to ensure accurate setup against business request
  • Managing and investigating queries related to promotion set-up
  • Providing advice and resolving queries from Business Units and stores
  • Looking after the relevant Yammer pages to answer queries and identify issues from store staff or other colleagues
  • Liaising with Operational team to ensure that store and customer care colleagues are aware of any major changes to ensure they can deal with queries appropriately
  • Participate in working groups to improve offer set up, working closely with data and technical teams to design and test new ideas and deliver to the customer at pace
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills to ensure that workload can be managed in balance with operational requirements and changing priorities
  • Exploiting new systems and processes to improve efficiency
  • To be flexible in the role to meet needs of the team
  • Own and drive your own training and development plan

Systems Skills

  • Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with intermediate excel skills and ability to learn other M&S systems quickly
  • Knowledge of the M&S Till System would be an advantage
