What You'll Do As an Offer Senior Manager in BCG's Transform (TRF) Practice, you'll be at the forefront of a dynamic, fast-growing global team, shaping the future of transformation. You'll play a key role in developing and deploying cutting-edge Transformation offerings-from intellectual property and go-to-market strategies to client playbooks and thought leadership.   • Orchestrate complex agendas, align senior leadership, prioritizing activities and working with others to get things done in a matrixed organisation
  • Manage and execute projects efficiently; provide hands-on support to multiple activities, often requiring strong consulting skills (slides writing, effective communication, some analytics, )
  • Operating effectively in a matrix organization with the ability to prioritize and make decisions
  • Working independently to identify need for, scope, gain endorsement and drive implementation of commercially impactful initiatives
Drive the product strategy with the Topic Leader and leadership team in TRF & across PAs
  • Screen market evolution, competitors offers, understand projects sold by cases teams
  • Review offer portfolio and help drive portfolio decision (architecture, new offers, offer evolution and selection)
  • Lead Value Proposition, Vision and Roadmap for Key Offers of the topics (Key Programs)
  • Develop OKRs with topic teams, organize regular progress reviews (e.g. every quarter) and adapt
Stakeholder management
  • Collaborate and communicate with various teams and individuals, with different level of seniority in different geographies and with different background; be able to communicate with senior leaders and be a connection point for the community
  • Able to manage defined accountabilities with broader impact to the firm
  • Able to manage multiple senior stakeholders, build consensus, persuade, influence and negotiate
  • Building a strong network internally at BCG and ability to interlink different parts of the BCG universe
Orchestrate go-to-market industry sectors & adjacent offers
  • Generate affiliation and collaboration across FPAs and IPA Sectors, help set up joint teams / squads
  • Drive offer and GTM customization efforts with Sector teams (campaigns, moonshots, priority clients, etc.)
  • Drive client references conversions
Coordinate product development initiatives
  • Own and manage the backlog: maintain and help prioritize list of initiatives to develop the offer, based on identified needs (CT feedback, client surveys, etc.)
  • Coordinate collaterals and assets development with relevant stakeholders
  • Contribute to content development as needed (frameworks, tools, publications, etc.)
  • Help articulate and package the offer (incl. links with other BCG offers)
Support Marketing activities for product plans
  • Develop narrative and marketing plan with LT and PA Marketing and drive deployment.
  • Prioritize client marketing initiatives and measure their impact
  • Contribute to internal/external events presentation (WWOMs, roundtables, etc.)
  • Work with Analyst Relations to provide differentiators for analysts and amplify messages to industry execs'
Lead capabilities building plans
  • Bring together the right mix of BCG roles and skills (ECTs, KT, SBUs, etc.)
  • Support training, upskilling and enablement of our teams (e.g. DDP, Climate & Sustainability, AI, )
Monitor Business performance & capture market intelligence
  • Analyze revenues per sector, region, client
  • Monitor case pipeline and trendy topics, conduct win/loss analysis
  • Get feedback and lead from cases team on how to evolve and enrich the offer, Identify white spots


What You'll Bring
  • Previous Consulting experience (ideally in Transformation, Turnaround and Restructuring and or Change Management context) OR 8 - 10+ years of relevant experience in project or program management within a fast paced, matrixed organisation
  • Ability to lead complex, projects fully independently and provide direction to others
  • A combination of management and "hands on" delivery experience
  • Self-starting work ethic & entrepreneurial drive to work autonomously
  • Comfort with ambiguity, evolving priorities and eagerness to lean in to support team/projects when needed, are also pre-requisites.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues and problems autonomously, with full business acumen
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree preferred
  • Advanced knowledge in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Professional level English with strong written and verbal communication skills

Who You'll Work With TRF Global Product Leader, TRF Global Knowledge Business Senior Director, the TRF Global Practice Management Senior Director and the full TRF Practice Area Management and Operations team to keep BCG Transform's product development progressing responsively and efficiently. As a member of this team, you will contribute directly to the success of our TRF business.
