About the Role:
Nursdoc Healthcare Recruitment is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Disability Service within the Community Learning Disability and Autism Team in Guernsey. This position provides a chance to deliver high-quality, client-centered Occupational Therapy services in a stunning island location - with accommodation and travel costs fully covered.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a defined caseload within the Adult Community Learning Disability and Autism Team
Deliver assessments, plan and implement interventions using evidence-based practice
Collaborate with service users, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to set and achieve realistic goals
Contribute to service development, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives
Maintain professional standards and participate in ongoing CPD and supervision

Requirements:
Degree in Occupational Therapy
DBS on update service or issued within the last 12 months
HCPC registration
Available for an 18 week contract starting ASAP
Experience with Learning Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and IT skills
Full UK Category B driving license

Desirable:
Knowledge of sensory integration approaches
Experience in community-based interventions and autism-focused care
