About the Role:

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and managing export operations? As the O2C Head of Export Customer Care at Opella, you will lead a team of managers and coordinators, ensuring smooth end-to-end customer service for our export customers in the Consumer Healthcare business across the MEA region. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving customer satisfaction, accurate invoicing, and timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Develop Teams: Oversee and develop other people managers responsible for a group of export coordinators, ensuring effective and efficient delivery.

Coordinate Supply Chain Flows: Manage interactions with customers, supply chain functions, markets, factories, distribution centers, and freight forwarders within your assigned geographical scope.

Global Project Participation: Contribute to global projects, adhering to deadlines, commercial agreements, and pharmaceutical regulations.

Order Processing: Ensure the accurate processing and tracking of export orders from receipt to delivery, including data entry, invoicing, and documentation.

Optimize Transport: Align transport operations with budget expectations and negotiated deadlines.

Documentation Compliance: Ensure the availability and compliance of required documents.

Revenue Targets: Help achieve monthly revenue targets and prevent stockouts.

Chemical Trading Operations: Oversee the export of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and excipients, ensuring compliance with Sanofi's Quality standards and international regulations.

Stakeholder Management: Lead governance with different stakeholders to optimize and streamline distribution activities.

Key Requirements:

Have the ability to be Proficient in English and French (both written and verbal).

Demonstrate extensive strong understanding of E2E Order to Cash and export processes, customer service mindset, and knowledge of customs and tax rules.

Be able to illustrate experience and knowledge in International Trade/ Transportation, Export Customer Service as well as customs and tax rules.
Have hands-on experience with SAP (preferably S4 Hana) and Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.

Be an excellent problem-solving, analytical, and financial acumen. Ability to interact diplomatically with customers and stakeholders.

Demonstrate strong extensive experience and a proven track record of people management skills, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. A team player with a collaborative mindset.
