We're looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join an Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery in Crawley, just outside of London. Whether you're an experienced educator or just starting your journey in early years, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a nurturing, child-focused setting.

You'll play a vital role in supporting children's early development through play-based learning, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment every day.

? What You'll Be Doing
  • Support the development and learning of children in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities that inspire curiosity and growth
  • Observe and record children's progress, tailoring support to individual needs
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and your team
  • Promote a safe and happy environment where every child feels valued
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and education

Who They're Looking For

Whether you're newly qualified or experienced, we welcome your application if you have one of the following:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A degree recognised by ECCTIS

You'll also bring:

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
