We're on the lookout for the perfect Nursery Manager to help us launch and manage our brand-new nursery! Key Responsibilities:

Nursery Setup: Be a vital part of launching the nursery, including recruiting staff, setting up the learning environment, and ensuring everything is in place for a successful opening.

Leadership & Team Building: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated childcare professionals, fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment.

Curriculum Development: Plan and deliver a dynamic and engaging early years curriculum, ensuring every child receives the best care and education in line with EYFS standards.

Health & Safety: Ensure the nursery is a safe, clean, and welcoming space, meeting all safeguarding, health, and safety regulations.

•Staff Recruitment & Development: Help recruit the best team members, provide ongoing support, and promote professional development within your staff.

•Parent Relations: Build strong, trusting relationships with parents, making sure they feel informed and confident in the care their children are receiving.

•Ofsted Compliance: Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements and maintain high standards of care and education.

•Financial Management: Manage nursery budgets and resources, ensuring efficient operations and sustainable growth.

Marketing & Community Engagement: Play a part in promoting the nursery, developing creative marketing strategies, and establishing our presence in the local community.

Qualifications & Skills:

•Level 3 or higher qualification in Childcare/Early Years (NNEB, CACHE, or equivalent)

•Experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager, ideally with experience in setting up or managing a nursery

•A strong understanding of EYFS and Ofsted regulations

•Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

•Passionate about early childhood education and child development

•Ability to manage budgets and business operations

•Creative, driven, and excited to help us launch a successful nursery!
