Your new role
Preventative and reactive maintenance within high volume production and contributing to continuous improvement ethos of the firm. In addition, there is great scope to get exposure to projects and learn new processes and equipment. If you have ever wanted a role with development and diversity then this is ideal
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in production maintenance is essential and having a relevant engineering qualification would be advantageous. A positive outlook to team work and a desire to contribute to continuous improvement
What you'll get in return
In return you will earn a package worth circa £48,000 plus the ability to earn further through overtime which is paid at an enhanced x1.5 rate. You will not have to cover Friday or Saturday nights and will work 4 nights one week and 3 nights the next week
