Job Description
Our friendly team at Meallmore are looking for a Charge Nurse to join them in Hilton Court. Located in the charming coastal town of Rosyth, on the outskirts of Edinburgh. Our purpose-built care home provides high quality, home provides exceptional recovery focused, step down and rehabilitation nursing care to our clients aged 18-65 who are experiencing enduring mental health issues.
Our mentorship programme and ongoing training will give you all the support you need to develop your skills and progress in your career whether that be a Deputy Manager or Registered Home Manager, the choice is yours!

Your role as a Meallmore Charge Nurse will include:
Providing leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice
Oversee and coordinate the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents.
Develop and implement individualised and person-centred care plans based on residents' needs and preferences.
Monitor and assess residents' health, promptly addressing any changes or medical concerns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Promote a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications and skills:
At least two years Care Home experience
Relevant nursing qualification (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
Current registration with the NMC
Well-developed clinical knowledge
The ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
Professional confidence with a calm approach and the ability to set professional boundaries
Strong communication skills
Collaborative approach to your work
Understanding of regulatory frameworks
Salary: £21.68 per hour + overtime rates + benefits
Hours: 42 - 48 hours per week, nights
