You will be responsible for setting up applications in Nexthink, tracking metering, as well as creating and managing dashboards and campaigns in the Nexthink tool.

Missions:

Configure applications in Nexthink to ensure proper operation and integration with existing infrastructure.

Set up and manage the metering of resources, ensuring data collection and analysis.

Create and maintain dashboards to visualise the performance and status of systems in Real Time.

Manage Nexthink campaigns, configuring and deploying actions on user workstations.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure optimal data management and monitoring processes.

Ensure the resolution of incidents and optimise the performance of the tool.

Profile sought:

Previous experience with Nexthink.

Mastery of application configuration, metering.
