Newly Qualified Pharmacist - Fleet

We are working with a pharmacy who are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic newly qualified pharmacist to join a busy retail pharmacy team in Fleet. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical and leadership skills in a supportive community setting, ensuring top-quality care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications in line with legal and ethical standards.
• Advise patients on the safe use of medications and over-the-counter products.
• Conduct Medicines Use Reviews (MURs) and New Medicine Service (NMS) consultations.
• Provide clinical support to pharmacy staff and healthcare colleagues.
• Ensure efficient pharmacy operations, including stock management and admin tasks.
• Offer excellent customer service and build strong relationships with patients.
• Promote health and well-being through public health initiatives.
• Stay up to date with pharmacy guidelines and regulations.
• Assist in training and supervising pharmacy assistants and technicians.
• Collaborate with local healthcare providers to enhance patient care.

Requirements:

• MPharm degree and successful completion of the pre-registration year.
• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
