We are looking for a Newly Qualified Pharmacist to join a friendly and professional pharmacy team in Bishopsteignton. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop your skills in a supportive environment and deliver outstanding patient care. You will be involved in a wide range of pharmacy services, including dispensing medications, providing expert advice, conducting patient consultations, and contributing to the smooth running of the pharmacy. If you are passionate about community pharmacy and committed to making a difference in patient health, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately, ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
- Provide expert advice to patients on the safe use of medications and over-the-counter products.
- Conduct Medicines Use Reviews (MURs) and New Medicine Service (NMS) consultations.
- Support pharmacy operations, including stock management and administrative tasks.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with patients and the community.
- Promote health and well-being through public health initiatives.
- Stay updated with pharmacy guidelines and regulations.
- Work closely with healthcare providers to enhance patient care.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: MPharm degree and successful completion of the pre-registration year.
- Registration: Must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
