Neurologist, Consultant

Doctors Direct have an new exciting opportunity for a Neurology Consultant to work with us at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust.

We are looking for Consultants dedicated to, and passionate about, improving health and wellbeing to all patients.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
Provide a generalist outpatient neurology service (reviewing both new and follow up patients) and provide consultation/ advisory service to clinical colleagues in the Trust and Primary Care
Maintain the highest clinical standards in the management of patients with neurological disease.
Share with colleagues responsibility for the day-to-day management of inpatients and outpatients patients
Liaise effectively and on a timely basis with General Practitioners, community services and all healthcare agencies.
Maintain and promote team and multi disciplinary work with the specialties working closely and regularly with Neurology.

About you:
Valid GMC
Right to work in the UK
Clinical attachment complete - We do not offer placements in the NHS
Minimum of 3-6 months paid experience in the NHS/UK
