As part of the team, you'll take ownership of designing, coding, testing, and maintaining key software components using modern .NET technologies. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a Scrum framework to help deliver a platform that meets both technical and business goals.
Location: Poland (Hybrid: Kraków or Warsaw)
Work Model: Hybrid, with 1-2 days per week in the office (Kraków or Warsaw)

Key Responsibilities:
Software Development: Design, code, and deliver high-quality solutions using .NET Framework and .NET Core technologies.
Feature Development: Develop new features and improve existing software by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Maintenance and Support: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently; analyze and enhance legacy systems.
End-to-End Ownership: Implement services and infrastructure components based on service-oriented architecture (SOA) and modern tech standards.
Scrum Participation: Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Code Quality: Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure the maintainability and quality of code.
Documentation: Produce detailed documentation to support future development and troubleshooting efforts.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest .NET development tools, frameworks, and practices.
Experience: Proven background in backend development, especially with large-scale web systems.
Skills: Solid knowledge of .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#.
Technologies: Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and a bonus if you know ASP.NET WebForms and WCF.
Problem Solving: Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Collaboration: Great communicator and team player.
English: Intermediate level - comfortable with reading, writing, and team meetings in English.
