Job Description

Job Title: Network Control Center Manager (NCC)

Location: Brindisi-Italy

Contract Type: 12 month contract + Extension

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Network Control Centre Manager to join our client that is in the public sector.

Responsibilities:

Manage the overall activities, including NCC supervisors
Act as the further escalation point for the supervisors
Report to management on any issues that could have significant impact on service delivery.
Attend periodical service revision meetings with senior management.
Attend regularly scheduled meetings with subject matter expert engineering teams.
Attend Change Management Board meeting if required

Experience:

NCC Manager must have a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
NCC Manager must have ITIL v3 Expert certification, or the equivalent ITIL 4 certification.
NCC Manager must be fluent in English equivalent to the B2 level or above.
