National Branch Network Manager

Red Recruitment is recruiting a National Branch Network Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the operations of all branches within our client's network, our client is the UK's leading provider of specialist vehicles.

This role is based 2 days in Coventry, 2 days from home and 1 day in another branch, the salary is £45,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-branch management.

Key Responsibilities of a National Branch Network Manager:

• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the performance of the branch network
• Being responsible for the full oversight of the national network of branches
• Monitoring and reporting on financial metrics implementing actions to achieve financial targets
• Leading, mentoring and developing branch managers and their teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Being responsible for staffing levels within branches
• Improving logistical movements across the branch network
• Working with the Business Efficiency team to ensure that operational performance is maximised in all areas

Key Skills and Experience of a National Branch Network Manager:

• 6+ years of Logistics experience at a management level with demonstratable success in performance management
• A full UK driving license is required
• Strategic thinking and the ability to executive long-term operational plans
• You should be adaptable to changing industry trends and market conditions
• Experience of working with specialist vehicles is required
