My client is a large housing company which manage over 50,000 homes across the South.
Your new role
We're looking for two Multi Trade Operatives to carry out a wide variety of repairs and maintenance duties in the Eastleigh, Salisbury, Andover, Winchester, Basingstoke,Bournemouth, Poole and surrounding areas.
You will be working in the re-active repairs team so repairing and the property for the next tenant.

Type of work you will be doing will include:-

• Kitchen repairs
• Bathroom repairs
• Plumbing - changing taps, fixing leaks, WC repairs/replacements
• Carpentry - fitting doors, skirting, boxing, etc
• Plastering - patch and full plaster
• Flooring - fitting and repairs to vinyl flooring, latexing
• Ground works - fitting of gates, fencing, brick work

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced multi-trader who is comfortable doing installs and fixes in domestic properties. You will need to be able to turn your hand to different tasks using a range of skills.
