Our client is a leading provider of industrial solutions, committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and versatile Industrial Multiskilled Electrician to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance and Safety:
  Ensure adherence to all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
• System Inspections:
  Regularly inspect building systems, including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing, to ensure equipment operates within design capabilities and meets prescribed environmental conditions.
• Contractor Oversight:
  Oversee and inspect work performed by outside contractors, including landscaping, snow removal, remodelling, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning services.
• Maintenance and Repairs:
  Perform assigned repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance tasks. Complete maintenance and repair records as required.
• Work Order Management:
  Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials needed for repairs, and order necessary materials and supplies to complete tasks.
• Energy Management:
  Maintain an energy management program to ensure all systems operate efficiently, minimising operating costs.
• Lighting System Maintenance:
  Maintain the building's lighting system, including elements and ballasts.

Qualifications:

• Electrical Qualification:
  Level 3 Electrical qualification.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  BSth Edition certification.
• Technical Skills:
  Basic plumbing and HVAC knowledge.
• Experience:
  Proven experience in a similar role within an industrial setting.
• Attention to Detail:
  Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
