Job Title: Multi-Skilled CarpenterLocation: BasildonJob Type: Full-Time/ Permanent Salary: £36,000 per annum
Join a leading provider of property maintenance in Basildon. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of carpentry and maintenance tasks in social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Carry out both reactive and planned maintenance work in social housing properties.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

• NVQ in Carpentry or Construction Maintenance Operations.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
