Mosaic Application Support Specialist - Local Gov - £300 P/D Inside IR35
We are seeking a Mosaic Application Support Officer with significant experience in supporting and maintaining the Mosaic system within Local Authorities.
They are looking for someone to start immediately, so ideally you will be available to join in the next week. If you do not have Local Government experience, please do not apply.
Extensive experience in supporting, configuring, and maintaining the Mosaic application within a Local Authority setting.
Strong understanding of social care processes and how Mosaic supports service delivery.
Proficiency in system administration, user support, and troubleshooting Mosaic-related issues.
Experience in configuring workflows, forms, and reporting tools within Mosaic.
Ability to train and support end-users in system usage and best practices.
