Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate Middle School Class Teacher to join a vibrant school in Redbourne, specialising in Year 7 to Year 9 education.

The Role:
As a Middle School Class Teacher, you will inspire and engage students through innovative teaching practices and a commitment to academic excellence. You will be responsible for delivering the curriculum, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to Year 7 to Year 9 students.
  • Assess and monitor student performance, providing constructive feedback to encourage growth.
  • Create a supportive learning environment that promotes student participation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and school initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in middle school (Year 7 - Year 9)
  • A passion for education and a dedication to student achievement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
