Summary of the role:
The Enterprise MI, Planning, and Insights function supports the Diligenta strategy by designing and implementing a consistent model and framework to enhance customer journeys.
This role involves producing, designing, developing, and maintaining MI reports to provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders for effective operational management.
You will be responsible for embedding Diligenta standards across all accounts, ensuring data-driven decisions, and supporting the 'One Diligenta' model. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders to evaluate and present business requirements, propose and design MI solutions and enhancements, and identify and mitigate risks associated with MI reporting and accuracy.

What you'll be doing:
- Producing timely MI reporting in line with any contractual or internal target date limitations
- Evaluating and presenting business requirements in context to MI reporting based on engagement with stakeholders
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency of all MI reporting
- Developing and implementing MI reporting changes and enhancements.
- Training and developing MI analysts and specialist and support users of MI systems and reports
What we're looking for:
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Experience working in and analysing statistical environments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access/SQL, and BI tools.
- Proven experience in producing and maintaining MI reports.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement MI solutions and enhancements.
- Ability to coordinate and standardise MI across multiple accounts.
