Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging MFL lessons in line with the curriculum
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and attainment
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related field
- Proven experience teaching MFL at the secondary level
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
