About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate MFL Teacher to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in one or more modern foreign languages, fostering a love of languages and inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall MFL curriculum

Participate in departmental and whole-school initiatives

Essential Criteria:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Proven experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages in a UK school setting

Excellent subject knowledge and passion for languages

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students

Desirable Criteria:

Experience teaching at KS3 and KS4

Additional qualifications in relevant languages
