- Product Owner for 360E Coding family & Analytics.

As a(n) Medical Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leads Innovative Technological Projects
- Implements Fluency Direct business in Spain
- Participates & leads in Solventum cross-functional/international teams. Plans and manages the project using Solventum standard tools and processes.
- Supports 360E Coding family & Analytic:
- as a Product Owner of the international team, (Switzerland, Poland and Spain) for the development AI clinical natural language understanding solutions for ICD-10 coding, using an agile methodology (scrum)
- Works with Software Engineers on development of new products, new program enhancements, and new coding software development tools.
- R&D local manager for hospital transformation in coding and clinical data analysis to make it actionable by designing, developing and implementing e-health solutions (applying the Solventum methodology)
- Works on special projects as required, such as coding audits, user group presentations, client visits, and training/orientation
- Negotiates and counsels at an advanced level with an audience which may not be knowledgeable in the subject area.
Company Vehicle: Yes
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position
Your Skills and Expertise
- Solid Medical knowledge

- Very good communicator in commercial presentations with customers
- Technological capabilities: AI, NLP,
- Demonstrates solid persuasion skills and manages differing interests and perspectives
- Good English level (C1). French or Portuguese is valued
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher: Bachelor in Medicine
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master's degree in business will be an advantage from an accredited institution
- With experience in the Health Market working in a Private company
- Skills include: Lead and coordinate teams
Work location: Madrid
Travel: May include up to 10% (Domestic & International)
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
