The right person for this position will be a highly professional and clinical with a keen eye for details and a passion for customer service. In this role you will be very well supported by a highly successful management team including a very clinical ophthalmic director who is also an examiner as well as a friendly supportive team on the shop floor. You will also be supported by a good level of qualified and unqualified support staff.

Responsibilities of the Optometrist

Performing eyes tests to 25-minute appointments
Retinal imaging
Adhering to all GOC guidelines
Building excellent patient reports
Contact Lens Fittings

Requirements of the Optometrist

Must be GOC registered.
Open to newly qualified or experienced
A friendly and personable demeanour and strong personal work ethic.
A customer focused approach to your work and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

Compensation for the Optometrist

For your efforts a competitive overall package of up to £90,000 is on offer along with a strong bonus scheme, 33 days holiday and additional benefits.
