Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

My client is seeking a proactive and hands-on Mechanical Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of mechanical systems, ensuring minimal downtime and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot breakdowns on equipment.
• Provide prompt and efficient maintenance services to minimise operational interruptions.
• Assemble and install equipment based on engineering drawings and your technical expertise.
• Work with industrial machinery, focusing on installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Prioritise safety by conducting risk assessments before undertaking any tasks.
• Be prepared to go "above and beyond" to ensure the site remains operational.
