Job Summary:
We are representing a leading expert in water and wastewater engineering, offering comprehensive biogas and water solutions. They specialize in the design, manufacture, and construction of both liquid and gas storage solutions. They are seeking a skilled Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to the creation and implementation of innovative engineering designs and solutions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and design mechanical systems for water and wastewater treatment projects
• Create detailed design specifications and technical drawings using CAD software
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze design options
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and designs are optimized
• Oversee the construction and installation of designed systems, ensuring compliance with technical standards
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance checks on mechanical systems
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for design-related issues
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in the water and wastewater treatment industry
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for creating detailed technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
