Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality maths education, tailored to meet the needs of our diverse student body, and helping them to overcome barriers to learning.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated maths lessons.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Develop and implement strategies to support students with diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching maths at the secondary level.
• Strong understanding of the challenges faced by students in alternative provision settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
