We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing professional to join our dynamic team.
The candidate will support the business in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns. This role involves content creation, campaign management, social media management, event coordination, conducting market research, and overall brand management ensuring alignment with the company's business goals and targets.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Create & manage UnWork's marketing strategy and activities to enhance and grow the company's brand and drive sales/new business opportunities in the UK and internationally
- Campaign Management: Design, plan, and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, email marketing etc.
- Social Media Management: Schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Event Management & Coordination: Plan and organise events, and promotional activities.
- Content Creation: Create engaging content for the business including social media, email marketing, newsletters, proposals, client pitches, and website updates
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts, brand consistency and successful campaign execution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, software and analytics platforms (eg, WordPress, Salesforce, Google Analytics etc).
Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Highly organised, outgoing, professional
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong business acumen and understanding of business needs
Effective time and project management skills
Additional languages desirable
Benefits Include
Salary package: £35k - £45k including bonus and depending on experience
32 days holiday per annum (incl. Bank Holidays) rising to 37 linked to length of service

Hybrid working; typically working 2-3 days in our office
