Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager with significant experience in the professional services industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on creating and implementing marketing strategies designed to drive revenue growth, improve conversion rates, and maximise return on investment (ROI). This role is key to driving the company's business development goals through innovative campaigns and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement B2B Marketing Strategy:

    • Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving lead generation, increasing brand awareness, and generating revenue.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders (sales, product development, etc.) to align marketing activities with business objectives and revenue targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends within the professional services sector.
  • Campaign Management:

    • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content marketing, events, etc.) that target key segments in the B2B space.
    • Measure, track, and optimise marketing campaign performance with a focus on improving conversion rates and maximising ROI.
    • Manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective strategies and tactics that drive the highest possible return.
  • Revenue Generation & Conversion Focus:

    • Implement strategies to increase lead-to-sale conversion rates, reduce churn, and improve customer retention.
    • Create, analyse, and present reports on marketing KPIs, including lead quality, conversion rates, and overall campaign ROI.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing activities translate into measurable revenue impact.
  • Digital & Content Marketing:

    • Oversee the development of high-impact digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
    • Work closely with content creators to develop thought leadership and collateral that resonates with target B2B audiences.
    • Optimise website content, landing pages, and user experience to improve lead generation and conversion.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:

    • Leverage data analytics and CRM platforms to track performance, identify trends, and refine marketing strategies.
    • Ensure the marketing approach is measurable, using key insights and performance metrics to continuously optimise tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role within the professional services sector, with a focus on B2B marketing.
  • Demonstrable success in creating and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue and deliver a strong ROI.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, CRM tools, and data analytics.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (eg, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies relevant to the professional services industry.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and agencies.
