We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to reinforce our Manufacturing team in a fast moving & fast-growing business. Do you have a passion for Production Processes? Then we would love to hear from you.

This position will be located at our Signy Facility (Grens, VD) and will be an on-site role.

What you'll do

• Drive product quality improvement by identifying manufacturing issues, developing cost-effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into production

• Propose and drive process improvement, through data analysis

• Work closely with Production Associates to resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment, and product design in our clean room environment

• Work in a highly regulated environment

• Manage Deviations, Change Controls and investigations

• New Equipment implementation from documentation to shopfloor

• Define Maintenance Strategy for new equipment in collaboration with maintenance team

• Own process changes for Production. Ensure regulatory compliance through Validation & Verification

• As process expert, provide cross functional technical support

Who you are

• Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or related technical degree

• 2 to 5 years' experience in an equivalent position in Pharma, Biopharma or Healthcare

• Reactive, hands-on and field oriented with a demonstrated ability to work with technicians in production and drive continuous improvement

• Good analytical skills strengthened with a problem-solving mindset (PSP / root cause analysis)

• Data driven, agile, able to manage priorities

• Knowledge and experience in Equipment qualification (IOPQ); experience in Maintenance (curative and preventive) is preferred

• Strong verbal and written skills in English and French language
