Manager Sourcing

EWM Sourcing team is looking for an expereinced expert to join us and manage the supplier selection and contract negotiation.

In your new role you will:
• Negotiate frame agreements and individual agreements after supplier selection process
• Negotiate yearly and long-term price/capacity to achieve set targets
• Negotiate capacity upside/downside, which can have a commercial impact
• Negotiate general contract parameters in line with identified performance improvement measures
• Implement risk mitigation measures per supplier
• Define the assumption for short/mid/long term price and volume forecast.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
• A degree in Business Administration in combination with Electronicsor Mechanics
• Multiple years of work experience in the semiconductor industry or comparable experience in supply chain and negotiations
• Profound relationship management skills
• Proven negotiation skills
• Ability to resolve complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist
• Business experience in an international environment
• Product and supply chain know how
• Fluent communication skills in English
