We sell technical innovative transport refrigeration units from Mitsubishi all over Europe and are continuously expanding our sales and service network. At the headquarter in Osnabrück, we are looking for a full-time position as soon as possible for a

Management Assistant (m/w/d) Your Tasks:

• supporting the management in administrative and organisational matters
• participation in the optimisation of company processes and workflows
• general communication within the Mitsubishi - Group (especially towards Japan)
• Responsibility for the organisation of internal/external audits as well as creating, updating and managing work instructions, guidelines and standards
• internal contact person (m/w/d) for IT-related questions in close cooperation with our external IT service provider
• processing of insurance topics and collaboration on special tasks and projects

Your Profile:

• professional experience in a comparable position
• IT affinity, very good MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and experience in working with ERP systems (ideally SAP or BC)
• fluent in written and spoken German and English is essential
• ideally knowledge of Japanese
• independent, analytical and structured way of working paired with very good communication and expression skills
• high service orientation and the willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics
