Management Accountant

Hands-on management accounting role within the UK arm of an international group

Your new company
A dynamic and established international group with a strong presence in the UK seeks to appoint a talented Management Accountant to join their team in Basingstoke.
Your new role
You will prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in addition to monitoring financial performance, identifying trends and variances. Furthermore, you will support the month-end and year-end close processes; assist in the development & implementation of financial policies and procedures whilst providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations whilst working as part of a high-performing team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or soon to qualify with strong technical accounting skills either developed within practice or industry. You will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a desire to further your potential in a fast-paced international group at a divisional level.
