Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance work across various campus buildings.
• Provide high-quality plumbing and gas services, including installations, repairs, and routine maintenance.
• Work on commercial maintenance tasks, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests during your on-call shifts.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all maintenance work complies with health, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Relevant Plumbing & Gas Qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2 or 3, Gas Safe Registered).
• Experience in commercial maintenance roles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible, with availability to be on-call outside of regular hours.
