Your new role
Leading a team of engineers and developing your people in line with industry changes will ensure you retain and grow your team. You will have responsibility for daily maintenance decision-making, department budget and working closely with the project team to contribute to the extensive CAPEX that is always ongoing in this industry. The role is ever evolving but extremely rewarding
What you'll need to succeed
Drawing on experience in engineering staff development, department leadership and technical support to others and focusing on evolving industry safety and processes to ensure this site remains at forefront of strong safety and processing scorecards at all time
