A 6 month fixed term contract working in Cambridge has arisen with some of the key responsibilities and experiences below.

Experience needed:

Housing background

Repairs & Maintenance knowledge

Experience working & dealing with Sub-contractors

Experience and understanding of dealing with quotes for works

The Role Includes but is not limited to:

Overseeing a housing stock of 1100

Managing sub-contractors

Operational management of void repairs

Lead on resolving customer complaints

Day to day staff management of direct reports across the managed services.

To oversee and be responsible for the operational delivery of a high quality repairs and maintenance service across mixed tenure housing stock.
