Maintenance Assistant

Full Time: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday - on a rota basis (between 8am - 5pm)

The Maintenance Team are an essential part of the Estates team, managing and maintaining high standards across the Academy's property portfolio.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, duties will include carrying out general repairs and decoration tasks ensuring that the fabric of the building, and all fixtures and fittings, are maintained in safe and proper working order and to the highest of standards.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of maintaining commercial property and building maintenance with a good understanding of building services, along with basic electrical and plumbing experience. You will be friendly, approachable and have good customer service skills. The enthusiasm to work as part of a small team and a make a difference are also essential attributes.
