About:

• Specialised in leather goods, lifestyle accessories, home furnishings, perfumery, jewellery, watches and ready-to-wear.
• Location - Old Bond Street - Flagship store

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers entering the store and introduce to the relevant team member.
• Plan appointments & coordinate the agenda of the day and personally welcome customers entering the store.
• Manage waiting time appropriately and reassure customers, when possible, offer a seat, prepare, and serve refreshments/teas/coffees for customers.

Requirements:

• Well groomed, well spoken, warm and friendly personality.
• Experience working in luxury in a fast paste environment.
• Experience managing queues, taking orders, bookings, reservations in high end hotels, restaurants, cabin crew etc.

Offering:

• Salary up to £37,000 basic
• Bonus
