Responsibilities and Duties:
Worked upon ASE 12.5 and above version and Replication Server 12.6 and above. Should have excellent communication skills Creation of Devices, Databases, Segments. Backups of databases & logs. User account management Performing Recovery of suspect databases Refresh of Databases in replication as well non replication environment. Transaction log management. Handling of jobs failures. Troubleshooting Database error and performance Tuning. Replication Server monitoring and troubleshooting. Troubleshooting includes check for the replication configuration, threads down, stable device full, RSSD log full, stop and restart threads, repagent and repservers. Competencies Customer Focus Technical Expertise Interpersonal Effectiveness Concern for Order and Quality Ability to work under pressure. Flexibility. Problem solving Balance and progress parallel activities. Multi-threading tasks without confusion Demonstrates interpersonal and team skills, dedication, proactive thinking and working. Good Communication and presentation skills are a must for interviewing end users. Perfect Speaking and Writing in English is a must. Ability to develop a quick understanding and knowledge of business requirements. Knowledge of English is MUST

To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions/Reopen Cases
