Your Responsibilities - diverse & full of responsibility

• You welcome and assist our international guests from check-in to check-out - with elegance, charm, and professionalism.
• You are flexible in early, late, and night shifts, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
• You support the Front Office Management with both operational and administrative tasks, taking responsibility for designated shifts.
• You anticipate guest needs before they are expressed and respond proactively - with great attention to detail.
• You act as a vital link between Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments, ensuring the highest service standards throughout the hotel.
• You represent our values - with presence, passion, and a natural sense of refined hospitality.

This is you

• Experience at the front desk of a luxury or high-end hotel, ideally with PMS knowledge (Opera Cloud and others).
• A genuine passion for service, impeccable personal presentation, and excellent manners - in both English and German (additional languages are an advantage).
• A strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and organizational skills - even in demanding situations.
• A team player with flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts.
• Joy in inspiring people from around the world - and being part of an exceptional team.
• Languages: English (required), ideally also German or Italian
