Objective of role

Wandsworth and Richmond Councils have exciting opportunities within the Spatial Planning Service. We are recruiting a Local Land Charges Project Manager.

The LLC Project Manager will be leading on projects to implement a new Local Land Charges software Wandsworth Council and the HM Land Registry Register migration for Richmond Council.

About the role

The LLC Project Manager will project manage the migration of the Richmond Council register as part of the HM Land Registry project and lead, on behalf of the LLC service, the software implementation of Wandsworth Council's LLC administration software, identifying efficiencies in team processes and use of the system.

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience

This role requires a comprehensive knowledge of the LLC service, applicable legislation and regulations and the ability to work in a high intensity environment delivering outcomes to tight deadlines.

The LLC Project Manager must have experience in managing a HM Land registry migration project, as well as administration software implementation. This includes providing progress update, risk identification and resolution and finding solutions to problems.
