Linguistics Graduate Role Overview:

• Provide tailored support on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Work with students with a variety of special educational needs, including speech and language challenges
• Support the class teacher in delivering core subject lessons
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies
• Collaborate with professionals to enhance students' learning outcomes
• Engage students both inside and outside the classroom to support their progress

The Ideal Linguistics Graduate Will:

• Hold a 1:1 or 2:1 degree in Linguistics from a leading UK university
• Have previous experience working with children with SEN
• Be confident in managing behavioural needs and supporting SEND students
• Bring specific experience in speech and language support (preferred)
• Show a strong commitment to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
